Uziza Leaves (Piper guineense)

Uziza, is the most pungent and flavorful of all other leafy vegetables. It’s fruits and leaves are both used as flavoring and seasoning in preparing soups. Uziza is fast gaining acceptance in usage in inter-continental dishes due to it’s reputation as a spice and a herb.
